Trail-Worthy Warranty Guarantee:

At Trail Prepared, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality outdoor preparedness products. We are confident in the durability and performance of our gear, which is why we offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on our products.

We stand by the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items (excluding coffee and other consumable products) within 90 days of the ship date for a full refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Please note: All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Trail-Worthy Warranty Coverage:

Our Trail-Worthy One-Year Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of the original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:

  1. Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts,

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or

  3. Offer a store credit or refund the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear,

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs,

  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance,

  • Consumable products, such as coffee, batteries, etc.

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents,

  • Loss or theft of the product.

Additionally, this warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.

Free Return Shipping:

If your return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We strive for accuracy in all that we do, but we acknowledge that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to making things right.

How to Initiate a Trail-Worthy Warranty Claim or Return:

To initiate a warranty claim or return, please send an email to: Sales@TrailPrepared.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number.

  2. Purchaser’s Name, Contact Number, and Email Address.

  3. A brief explanation of the reason for the return or details of the warranty claim.

  4. Attach proof of purchase and any relevant photographs or documentation of the defect.

Our customer service team will review and assess your submission and respond promptly, typically within 1-2 business days. Along with instructions on how to proceed and help guide you through the warranty process.

Clarification on ‘Unsatisfactory Items’ or ‘Defects’:

Items are considered unsatisfactory if they are damaged, defective, or not as described on our website. If you receive an item that falls into any of these categories, please contact us immediately so we may address the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Product Exchanges:

If you feel the need to exchange a product, as you received A wrong item, please express this in your email, and we will guide you through the exchange process. We will do our utmost to expedite the exchange and get the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

No Hidden Fees:

We believe in transparent and fair business practices. Rest assured, there are no restocking fees or hidden charges associated with returns or Trail-Worthy warranty claims.

Limitation of Damages:

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Trail Prepared shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Trail Prepared has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
